A typical service program involves two seasonal system evaluations including the following services:
» Coils and condensate drains are cleaned indoors and outdoors.
» Energy use is checked (amp draws on motors, compressors).
» A visual check is performed on electrical wiring and electrical components,
including compressors.
» Filters are changed (or in some cases, cleaned).
Ductwork improvements
We can inspect and correct many duct problems that waste energy:
» Inspect the entire duct system.
» Seal all leaks and connections; seal registers and grills tightly to ducts.
» Insulate ductwork in unconditioned areas.
» Evaluate air flow; ensure that no backdrafting occurs in gas or oil burning systems.
» Replace undersized ducts.
» Repair all damaged or disconnected ducts.
